At Ayur Biopharma Pvt Ltd ( Ayur Bio), we take pride in the quality of our skincare products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below is our policy on returns:
- Return Window
• Products can be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
- Eligibility for Return
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & sealed bottle.
• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
- Process for Returning an Item
• To initiate a return, please email us at abpl.asu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
• The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at abpl.asu@gmail.com.
- Sale Items
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Our Skin Care herbal Product, specifically ACZIMOL+ SORESOL KIT are very effective and well proven success rate subject to follow application instructions & duration, Instructions & application support shall be extended by our Customer care Your grievances, if any, will be addressed genuinely.
